Fantastic customer service, Rose was very helpful in both advising and quoting a system that was right for me. Perfect solution for my site that had no power as these alarms are battery operated. Great that I was able to pass Ibuttons to selected staff so they could dis-arm the alarm as needed. Faster installation than I was expecting knowledgeable staff. Our systems did go off at some point, ended up being local kids, but it made me feel more confident that not only did your monitoring station get notified, I also got notified. It allowed me to remain in control.

Thank you! I was in a bit of a rush not realising xmas was around the corner. I needed urgent alarms for my land / out buildings. My staff are off over xmas and the property would have been unattended, however I intend now to keep the alarms longer as they will serve well for evenings and weekends.
